The Big E is hosted annually by the Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, Massachusetts . Selling Maine smoked Atlantic Salmon at the Big E is a tradition at Maine Aquaculture Association, and like every year, MAA staff will be present for the 2026 festival spreading the good word about Maine aquaculture and selling delicious Maine seafood.
